All appointments require $20 deposit to secure the appointment spot.
48 hours notice is required for rescheduling. Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate.
We do not offer refunds for No Shows,Cancellations, and after procedure is done.
Late policy: please let us know it you are running late. You have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment gets cancelled and is considered a no-show. If I am still available to take you in there will be a late fee charged
You will receive an email confirmation upon booking and an email reminder sent out 24 hours in advance. Make sure to read everything on the emails to achieve the best outcome for your service.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED due safety precautions and unwanted distractions.
All services that were provided are NON-REFUNDABLE under a circumstances. If there are any issues, we try our best to correct them. Everyone’s skin takes in permanent make up differently, therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction with the first session due to every persons having different skin type.
Results may vary due to the individuals skin type, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, use of medications, and aftercare
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.

Permanent cosmetic procedures are not recommended it any of the contraindications listed below apply to you.

Pregnant and /or breastfeeding
History of allergy to makeup and pigmentation
Skin disorders such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated acne, sunburn, rashes, etc
Had injections in the past 4 weeks in the area to be treated
Active skin cancer in treated area
History of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation keloid scarring
Viral infections/diseases: Hepatitis or HIV
Diabetes
Prescribed blood thinning medications
Hemophiliac
Healing disorders
On accutane or steroids
Undergoing chemotherapy Must be no less than 7 months ago from date of procedure)
Epilepsy, seizures
Surgeries including blepharoplasty and or brow lift in the last 6 months
THINGS TO AVOID BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Blood thinners: vitamin E, fish oil, blood thinning medications, & etc. Avoid these substances for 48 hours prior to your appointment. Avoid caffeine (coffee tea and alcohol for 72 hours prior. These substances cause excessive bleeding that will affect the outcome
Smoking any substances for 72 hours prior
Exfoliating, chemical peels, and retinol for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment date
BROW COVER-UP/CORRECTIONS:
This applies to you if you have any style brow tattoo that was done by another artist.
Please email us 3 pictures of your bare brows in good lighting. (left 3/4. front facing, right 3/4)
DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU GET CLEARANCE FROM US. Unfortunately, not all brows can be corrected. We cannot work on compromised skin.
LIP BLUSH & NEUTRALIZATIONS:
It you are prone to cold sores (HS-I), you will need to take an antiviral 3 day before & 3 days after the lip procedure
Please ensure your lips are not chapped and keep them moisturized before your appointment

Lash & Brow Services

Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit
Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront

Clients more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule
Late arrivals for lash extensions may result in reduced fullness
Lash Extensions – Refill Policy
Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks
Lash loss must be no more than 20–30% to qualify for a refill
If more than 30% of lashes are lost, a full set price and time will apply
Refills from other artists are not guaranteed and may require a full set
Preparation Requirements
Clients must arrive with clean lashes/brows (no makeup, oils, or residue)
Avoid caffeine before lash extension appointments
Failure to follow pre-care instructions may affect results
Results & Maintenance
Results vary depending on natural hair growth and aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for best results and retention
We are not responsible for poor results due to improper aftercare
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment
Patch tests are recommended for sensitive clients or first-time treatments
We are not liable for allergic reactions if no prior notice is given
Guests
No extra guests are allowed during your appointment
